Project Leviathan by Inony
Hello everyone, I'm from Thailand.
For this Mod, I will mainly use 3D printing as it's the only machine I have at home.
I spent 821 hours in total print and I used 23 boxes of petg filament.
That made me use my free time to work all the time.
It happened when I played a futuristic game in 3000 A.D., a world in which AI developed itself to its peak. They have their own ideas.Until can convert the biomass into energy. Therefore do not have to rely on humans anymore. They evolve themselves to survive. The wicked world has been destroyed until the end. And humans are no longer the culmination of the food chain

Concept and Design
Leviathan was the ancient beast of the Sea. One of the 3 primitive demons in the Bible. It's a name that humans call AI hunters, who develop themselves into gigantic creatures in the sea. By relying on the structure of a giant shark.
I want to get an overview of more than robots. I want Cybrog design to show some of the main structures. Including wiring at some point It is therefore a difficult task. Elder must design the complex internal structure for realistic look. Even though it was just a sculpture computer but I try to design to make the overall picture the most gentle.
Main structure
Various hardware locations
The next challenge was to print the main structure. And separated it from the support section I have to print as big as I can. Reduce connection points for strength Caused by the interlocking of the internal structure. I use 3d printer nozzle size 1.0 // Shell Wall Thickness setting at 5.0 mm // infill 50%
And then repeat with other parts but reduce 3d printer nozzle size to 0.6 // Shell Wall Thickness setting at 2.4 mm to reduce weight and time.
The other difficult thing for me is cutting the support line. I use PETG Filament It will be print harder to PLA. But it's stronger And can be exposed to the sun for a long time to paint. To print PETG, your printer must be equipped with a hot end that can reach a temperature of at least 230°. Ideally, you'll want to be able to reach about 250°, but 235° may be sufficient for me
It's a nightmare for me.
I will survive, hey, hey Every 2-3 pieces, it will get a small wound regularly hahaha
The next step is to scrub the skin smooth. It is a torture that must be done every piece. It's called karma hahaha. It was a long and difficult period. I take it with a sanding machine sanding. And followed by hand polishing with sandpaper number 200 // 400 respectively. At this stage, I didn't save the image. I'm sorry, because the dust is a lot. When the hands are stained, then I don't want to touch the mobile phone
ฺBefore
Through good skin care
After the worst moments have passed I'm ready for coloring
But before that step Must try assembling some pieces to check strength first
YEAHH !! Everything came out exactly the way it was drawn and it was strong.
Up to this stage that I think all parts are ready to be painted and assembled
I spent 821 hours in total print and I used 23 boxes of petg filament.
Before spraying and air brush I will test the ARGB lights at important points for orderliness.
BASE
HEAD
As for the eyes, I use the resin printer
It's OK
ฺShark fins
OMG !! I forgot skin care this piece. I'll do it later
Side Fan Grill
After spraying the foundation To check the integrity of the skin before painting The storm also attacked my country. Flooding in some provinces. Last week, my house was raining every day
. However, I will find a way to finish it. I'll update the work again once it's done.
I sprayed a light brush to create shadows. And paint along the lines with the brush
From then, put everything together And connect the electric wires to the deepest point first
After installing the water cooling unit Brought everything together.I choose to use the water cooling kit as easily as I have. Some things may not look perfect, but I really have only this.
